This explains what costs money in the app. You must be 18 or older to pay or receive money.

1. Diamonds (💎)

Diamonds are app currency. They have no cash value and can only be used in the app.

Ad-free pass: $12.00 or 300 💎 for 30 days with no ads. It does not renew by itself. Buying again adds more time.
Talk in the stream: 200 💎 to ask to speak in a live debate for about 60 seconds. Your diamonds are held first. If the host says no, or doesn't answer in 2 minutes, you get them back.

Tips are processed by Stripe. Creators keep 85% and Upbeat Creator keeps 15%. Creators need a Stripe account to get paid.

Prices are in US dollars. Taxes may apply. We may change prices, but not for something you already bought.

Payments are still in testing. No real money is charged until we announce launch.
